Our transcripts are available on paper and/or electronically. In keeping with our environmentally-friendly business practices, we offer a 5% discount when an electronic transcript is ordered in lieu of paper. If a paper transcript is desired, whether in condensed format or full size, all transcripts are printed on 100% postconsumer content recycled paper. We offer full-size transcripts, condensed transcripts, keyword/keyphrase indexing, E-Transcript, ASCII/CD/Email, time stamped upon request, and can expedite transcripts, even same-day delivery if necessary. As always, Urlaub Bowen remains committed to quality and accuracy no matter what the time frame. In addition, we create digital archives of all transcripts and exibits for easy retrieval, another valuable and convenient service for our clients.

REALTIME REPORTING

Realtime reporting allows the client to observe the testimony in real time, courtesy of CAT (computer-aided translation). This litigation service is both effective and convenient as it allows the client to quickly flag sections of the transcript while the deposition is in progress, search current and previous testimony, even create deposition summaries. Realtime reporting offers attorneys the opportunity to review and cite deposition testimony the same day and leave the deposition with an unedited draft of the transcript. Urlaub Bowen provides realtime in a variety of formats, including CaseViewNet, Summation, and LiveNote.

Complimentary conference rooms

We provide a professional, comfortable conference room, at no extra charge, with videoconferencing capability. One of our conference rooms has seating for eight, the larger room having capacity for 16 seated at the table. We offer beverages, snacks, and office services such as document scanning, photocopying, fax, and wireless Internet access.
